This beautiful renovated Mediterranean and traditional style country house, with 4 bedrooms and private pool. It is located very close to the town of San Rafael. It has a large plot (50,000 m2), with a lot of privacy, and views of the mountains that surround it. Beautiful, well-kept gardens with a large parking area. Outside, a large terrace with an 8x4 meter pool (with salt water) and a shaded area to relax during the heat of the day. The exterior to the rear of the property is very pleasant with a barbecue area, shaded area for outdoor dining and a hammock - ideal for an afternoon nap. The main house is fully equipped with a separate kitchen leading to the living room with high wooden beamed ceilings, sofas and satellite TV. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house (2 with a double bed/ 1 with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (1 with a bathtub/1 with a shower). All bedrooms in the main house have air conditioning. There is a separate guest house with large air-conditioned living room, bedroom with double bed and full bathroom. We offer an extra cleaning included in the price for reservations of 7 nights or more. You will also find a welcome kit with soaps and bottled water. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, cleaning and disinfection measures will be maximum.

Cancellations
Partially Refundable (30%)
The payment of 30% of the total reservation will be made at the time of booking. And the remaining 70%, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation.

The payment of 30% of the total reservation, will be understood as lost in case of cancellation of the reservation, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation. From the 30 days in case of cancellation the total of the reservation would be lost. That is, if the reservation is canceled 30 days before the entry, from now on, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be lost.

Best rate!

The penalty for canceling is 100% of the total reservation, except cases of force majeure that can be demonstrated. In cases of force majeure, only the costs of card or Paypal operations will be charged.

FREE Cancellation
You can cancel the reservation for free up to 60 days before the arrival date. To reserve 50% of the total is paid in ADVANCE. The rest of the payment is made up to 60 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation before 60 days before the entry, you will lose the 100% payment.

Villa convention rules: - Parties and excessive noise are not allowed after midnight. - The client is responsible for all damage that occurs to the furniture and the surroundings and gardens of the house. - Loss of keys or gate controls may incur a cost of €50 of the deposit. -It is the guest's obligation to deposit the garbage generated in the public garbage container. Failure to do so may result in a cost of €50 for the deposit. Tourist tax: €2.2 per person per night, not included in the price. The security deposit will be collected at the time of entry, it will be returned after checking the house, up to 7 days after departure.
