It is located in Sant Josep, southeast of the Balearic island of Ibiza, known for its nightlife and its beautiful coves. This 400 m² accommodation offers great privacy and comfort, and is designed to accommodate 8 people, as it has a large living-dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes, as well as a clean up. Additional services also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, television, crib and bed for children. From the living room there is access to a covered terrace with armchairs and a dining area from where you have an impressive view of the large garden, the pool and the mountains. Surrounded by lush vegetation, you can relax on the sun loungers by the 40 m² pool. In addition, the covered and furnished barbecue area invites you to prepare delicious meals on the grill or accompany the summer evenings with a glass of wine in this beautifully lit area. At 550m you will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, while the coast, with its many beaches and bays, is only 10km or a 15-minute drive from the accommodation. Attention: parties and gatherings where noise is made are strictly prohibited. The property is intended for quiet families and groups. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the non-return of the deposit and the cancellation of the reservation. Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed (on request). Bed linen and towels are included in the price. On request and for an additional price it is possible to reserve 2 extra beds. Cancellations
Partially Refundable (30%)
The payment of 30% of the total reservation will be made at the time of booking. And the remaining 70%, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation.

The payment of 30% of the total reservation, will be understood as lost in case of cancellation of the reservation, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation. From the 30 days in case of cancellation the total of the reservation would be lost. That is, if the reservation is canceled 30 days before the entry, from now on, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be lost.

FREE Cancellation
You can cancel the reservation for free up to 60 days before the arrival date. To reserve 50% of the total is paid in ADVANCE. The rest of the payment is made up to 60 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation before 60 days before the entry, you will lose the 100% payment.
