Beautiful 5 bedroom villa with views of Las Salines for 8 adults. Inside, we find a large dining room decorated in Ibizan style, with a fireplace and a very comfortable living room. Large and modern kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The house has two floors and we find 2 rooms on the ground floor with a bathroom. And upstairs another 3 bedrooms, with another very spacious bathroom.

Outside, we have two terrace areas in front of the pool with a table to eat and views of the sea. The 5 × 6 meter pool, with maintenance service and renovated. Equipped with hammocks for sunbathing. Next to the pool we have a barbecue area ideal for magnificent gatherings and lazy afternoons. The house is fenced and safe, it has an 80,000 m2 plot and cultivation field. Independent entrance and covered outdoor parking for 2 vehicles. Privileged location just 3.5 km from Sant Jordi, where you can find supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. 5 km from the city of Ibiza.

Partially Refundable (30%)
The payment of 30% of the total reservation will be made at the time of booking. And the remaining 70%, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation.

The payment of 30% of the total reservation, will be understood as lost in case of cancellation of the reservation, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation. From the 30 days in case of cancellation the total of the reservation would be lost. That is, if the reservation is canceled 30 days before the entry, from now on, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be lost.

Best rate!

The penalty for canceling is 100% of the total reservation, except cases of force majeure that can be demonstrated. In cases of force majeure, only the costs of card or Paypal operations will be charged.

FREE Cancellation
You can cancel the reservation for free up to 60 days before the arrival date. To reserve 50% of the total is paid in ADVANCE. The rest of the payment is made up to 60 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation before 60 days before the entry, you will lose the 100% payment.

FREE CANCELLATION
You can cancel the reservation for free up to 30 days before the arrival date, if there is a border closure or force majeure. To reserve you pay in ADVANCE 50% of the total. The rest of the payment is made up to 30 days before entry. If you cancel the reservation before 30 days before the entry, you will lose 100% paid.
