Villa Julieta is a luxurious, spacious and bright property located in an exclusive area of Ibiza, 600 meters from Talamanca beach. Built in 2016, it is distributed in: ground floor (4 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool), central floor (kitchen, living room, dining room, courtesy bathroom, bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large terrace with outside living room and dining room), upper floor (large solarium with magnificent views of the city of Ibiza, the sea and the mountains). Space The house is located in a privileged area, surrounded by other residential houses. Its privileged location allows guests to be close to Ibiza town, the Marina Botafoch Lío, Ciapriani, Pacha... and Talamanca Beach (Nobu and Destino hotels). The house has very spacious and bright rooms. Guests will enjoy large modern rooms with their own bathrooms, very comfortable beds and ample closet space. Services and common areas The villa has large and bright common areas: a large interior dining room, two large sofa areas to relax. At the foot of the living room there is a large terrace with an outdoor dining room and a magnificent outdoor sofa. In the pool area you will find two Balinese beds and 6 hammocks so that all guests can relax. At the top of the house there is a solarium where you can enjoy incredible views of the city of Ibiza.
