Cancellations
Partially Refundable (30%)
The payment of 30% of the total reservation will be made at the time of booking. And the remaining 70%, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation.
The payment of 30% of the total reservation, will be understood as lost in case of cancellation of the reservation, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation. From the 30 days in case of cancellation the total of the reservation would be lost. That is, if the reservation is canceled 30 days before the entry, from now on, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be lost.
FREE CancellationYou can cancel the reservation for free up to 60 days before the arrival date, if there is a border closure or force majeure. To reserve 50% of the total is paid in ADVANCE. The rest of the payment is made up to 60 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation before 60 days before the entry, you will lose the 100% payment.

Tourist tax: 2.2 € / person / night.- Parties and excessive noise are not allowed after midnight. - The client is responsible for all damages that occur in the furniture and in the surroundings and gardens of the house. - Loss of keys or gate controls may entail a cost of € 50 for the deposit. - Trash bags must be carried at the exit. Failure to do so may incur a cost of € 50 for the deposit.
