This hilltop hideaway in Ibiza is surrounded by pine forests and just a short walk from the busy and beautiful beaches of Cala Conta. The waterfront sanctuary has a double-height entrance, entered through a carved wooden door, and the design continues to improve inside. bedrooms and bathrooms There are four double bedrooms, each with glass headboards, TVs and private bathrooms with double sinks. Two bedrooms can be configured with two single beds on request. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sea, and an ensuite shower room. There is a second large bedroom with a king-size bed, plus twin rooms with showers and baths in the en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom has a king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the sea, and an ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2: Double en-suite bedroom Bedroom 3: Double or twin room with bathroom Bedroom 4: Double or twin room with bathroom Inside The main living space on the ground floor is divided into three areas, which can be isolated with glass doors or curtains, as desired. It is a light and breezy beach house, with all white interiors and exteriors, double height ceiling in the hallway. The living space opens out to both the sunset facing front terrace and the shaded dining terrace to the rear, via sliding doors. Indoor and outdoor dining areas seat eight people. There is a modern kitchen, with a small utility room next to it. Outdoor The long pool has a shallow seating area around the edge, with a deep, teardrop-shaped section in the middle surrounded by elegant loungers. There is an additional guest bathroom under the house by the pool, an outdoor living room with sun loungers and an outside dining area with a barbecue for eight people.

Cancellations
FREE Cancellation
You can cancel the reservation for free up to 60 days before the arrival date. To reserve 50% of the total is paid in ADVANCE. The rest of the payment is made up to 60 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation before 60 days before the entry, you will lose the 100% payment.
