Rent this beautiful Can Americano villa in the San Rafael area. It is a beautiful renovated house with a swimming pool, located in a very quiet and secluded place, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Inside, the house has 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning and wardrobes. It has two full bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. In the dining room we find a beautiful area to eat and to rest on the sofa with plasma television. It has air conditioning for cold and heat in all common areas and rooms.
Outside, it has a beautiful pool with a Hamas area for sunbathing. Also precise gardens where we put Balinese beds to take naps and sunbathe. We provide free towels and sheets. The services are very extensive, we recommend contacting our staff as they will explain in detail all the services offered. Full fridge, car rentals, yachts, excursions or tour guide. We also offer cleaning and change of sheets and towels. The in-house hairdresser service and the skinny chef can make your stay at the house a wonderful one. The amount of the deposit will be € 1000 to cover any damage, breakage or loss caused by misuse of the home. The deposit will be delivered on the day of check in and will be returned once the house has been completely checked within 24/48 hours after check out.
- If clients leave garbage in the house, a supplement of € 50 will be charged.
- We do not accept pets, but an agreement can be reached with prior notice and charging a supplement.
- You can request a cot or high chair with prior notice and at no additional cost.

Cancellations
Partially Refundable (30%)
The payment of 30% of the total reservation will be made at the time of booking. And the remaining 70%, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation.
The payment of 30% of the total reservation, will be understood as lost in case of cancellation of the reservation, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation. From the 30 days in case of cancellation the total of the reservation would be lost. That is, if the reservation is canceled 30 days before the entry, from now on, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be lost.

FREE CancellationYou can cancel the reservation for free up to 60 days before the arrival date. To reserve 50% of the total is paid in ADVANCE. The rest of the payment is made up to 60 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation before 60 days before the entry, you will lose the 100% payment.
