It is composed of a large living / dining room on 2 levels with a fireplace and a large covered terrace. Large TV and stereo, fully equipped kitchen with pantry, flat screen satellite TV in all rooms. Air coditioner in all the house. Internet. Washer dryer. On the lower level of the house there is a gym, a games room with table tennis, billiards, table football, as well as board games. Beautiful fully lit garden. 13m x 6m pool with overflow and chromatic lighting and outdoor Jacuzzi. The pool has a large chill-out area with 5 Balinese beds, 10 hammocks and a covered resting area with sofas, a covered barbecue-dining room with a large table adapted for 20 people. In the barbecue there is a grill, a butane stove and a refrigerator. It also has a bathroom with a shower. The house is fully fenced and has alarms and security cameras. There are extra beds for 4 children under 12 years old with a supplement per day.
