Description
Fully renovated Mediterranean villa with sea views and private pool. Inside, the house has 5 bedrooms with double beds and new mattresses. All of them have a window, light and a balcony. The upper floor has 2 bathrooms and downstairs there are another 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is Mediterranean style with all the necessary utensils, microwave, refrigerator, water heater and oven. Right next to it we have a dining-living room with a 50-inch flat-screen TV, ideal for eating and spending time. Outside, the plot is spacious. At the entrance there is parking with a capacity of 4-5 vehicles. In the back we find an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and old stone oven to make pizzas or other meals. The pool overlooks the sea and is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols for sunbathing. The villa is spectacular and does not lack details in its decoration, perfectly designed with love and care. The predominant colors are white and earth brown. The gardens are also extensive and manicured. It has a plot in front of the fenced property and available for a walk, enjoying the native vegetation of Ibiza. The neighborhood is very quiet. The closest beaches are Es Cubells, Sa Caleta and Cala Jondal. We can go by car to buy at a supermarket less than 3 minutes away, there are also restaurants and businesses in the area.

From the 30 days in case of cancellation the total of the reservation would be lost. That is, if the reservation is canceled 30 days before the entry, from now on, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be lost.
