This fantastic and modern villa inspired by the traditional Ibizan style with a fresh and Mediterranean interior decoration has a large garden and green spaces making it ideal for families with children or groups of adults. The house has four bedrooms (plus one) and four bathrooms on three levels. The main floor has a modern and open kitchen, with a dining area that communicates with a spacious living room, both spaces open to the pool area. On this floor there are also two double bedrooms that share a bathroom as well as a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub that also has direct access to the terrace and the pool. Likewise, this floor has a practical independent pantry and a laundry area. The large master suite, located on the upper floor, has a private terrace and a solarium area equipped with hammocks, from where you can enjoy stunning views of the sea, the old town of Ibiza and the neighboring island of Formentera

In the terrace area there is a pleasant pool with Jacuzzi, a covered barbecue area with a bar as well as a large covered gazebo and a toilet.Two lounge areas, a large garden area with different environments on a private plot of 20,000 m2 offer additional comfort and space for up to 10 people.
