It is renovated to have all the modern comforts but preserving the structure, with 300 years of history, which allows us to enjoy a rural environment, and the charms of a beautiful traditional Ibizan villa. Surrounded by carob, fig and almond trees, it is 1 km from the town of Es Cubells, located in the south of the island, characteristic for its cliffs and small and beautiful coves.
The house has a spacious living room decorated in a rustic and traditional way, with beautiful juniper ceilings, from where you can access the 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 3 with two single beds each. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a living area with a fireplace, ideal for relaxing. And two full bathrooms. Upstairs there is a large terrace with armchairs. The exteriors of the villa offer us all the services, dining room, barbecue, play areas, several chillout areas and the pool, with beautiful views of the sea with hammocks, and a covered area. The house has several separate garden areas, The pool is located in front of the sea facing south, from where we can see the island of Formentera with sun loungers and a covered chill out area, where we can have a drink, or eat, enjoying the nature and the tranquility of the countryside in Ibiza. We have Air Conditioning throughout the house and Wiffi throughout the interior and exterior area.

Cancellations
Partially Refundable (30%)
The payment of 30% of the total reservation will be made at the time of booking. And the remaining 70%, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation.

FREE CancellationYou can cancel the reservation for free up to 60 days before the arrival date. To reserve 50% of the total is paid in ADVANCE. The rest of the payment is made up to 60 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation before 60 days before the entry, you will lose the 100% payment.
