In Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, in the south of Ibiza, the two-storey, 400 m² villa offers you everything you need to spend a wonderful holiday on the island. It consists of a living room with a pool table, a very well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) and 5 bathrooms, so it can accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a fireplace, a cot and a high chair. The large private outdoor area impresses guests with its lush vegetation and its open and covered terraces where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or a meal prepared on the barbecue while enjoying the scenery. The pool is ideal for a dip before relaxing on the Balinese bed or in a hammock. You can also take the opportunity to sunbathe on the sun loungers. The ping-pong table in the outside area is ideal for spending the afternoon also a great way to spend the evenings. The city center is 700 m (3 minutes by car) from the property, and there you will find many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, while the nearest beach, Playa Port des Torrent, is 14 minutes by car ( 7 km). The capital, Ibiza, is a 15-minute drive (11 km) from Sant Josep de Sa Talaia and has an airport. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets Allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. It is possible to rent a second house nearby on request, which would allow the two houses to accommodate between 18 and 20 people in total.

FREE Cancellation
You can cancel the reservation for free up to 60 days before the arrival date. To reserve 50% of the total is paid in ADVANCE. The rest of the payment is made up to 60 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation before 60 days before the entry, you will lose the 100% payment.
