Villa Can Shita is a four-bedroom property of 400 m2 with capacity for up to 10 people. The Villa is located on a 10,000 m2 plot, close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island and just a 15-minute drive from the airport and Ibiza town. The pool area, with an integrated Jacuzzi, offers a perfect place to relax with a magnificent panoramic view over the Mediterranean. The villa has underfloor heating and air conditioning with a total of 14 outlets to ensure a perfect indoor climate. Also, there is a large open fireplace on top of the house for those romantic evenings. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, large freezer and a double door fridge. The main bedroom with sea views and air conditioning, has a king-size bed, TV, 2 meter walk-in closet, bathroom en suite with jakuzzi and hydromassage shower. The second bedroom, also with ocean views, air conditioning and a king size bed, has a large built-in wardrobe, a private terrace and a full en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A third bedroom with king size bed, air conditioning, large built-in wardrobe and private terrace has a complete bathroom en suite with bathtub. There is another bedroom with air conditioning, a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. To ensure your safety and peace of mind, security video cameras are located around the property.

From the 30 days in case of cancellation the total of the reservation would be lost. That is, if the reservation is canceled 30 days before the entry, from now on, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be lost.
