Cancellations
Partially Refundable (30%)
The payment of 30% of the total reservation will be made at the time of booking. And the remaining 70%, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation.
The payment of 30% of the total reservation, will be understood as lost in case of cancellation of the reservation, up to 30 days before entering the accommodation. From the 30 days in case of cancellation the total of the reservation would be lost. That is, if the reservation is canceled 30 days before the entry, from now on, 100% of the amount of the reservation will be lost.

Minimum stay: 3 nights
Tourist tax: 2.2 € / person / night.- Stays of less than one week: they are allowed, but the rates are not proportional to € / day, rates to be consulted on a case-by-case basis. - Check in from 4pm. Departure before 12 noon. - Deposit refunded at the end of the stay (in cash): 2-suite villa, € 400. Villas with 3 suites, € 600. Villas 4/5 suites, € 800. For long stays, request it. - - Cleaning, change of towels and bed linen is included once a week (normally on Saturday), so a stay of just one week, you would only have to check in and check out. - Additional beds available on request, at € 50 / night and person. - Garbage bags not discarded will have a surcharge of € 15 / bag. - - No pets allowed. - Events are not allowed. - The additional cleaning service is contracted directly with the housekeeper (€ 15 / hour net for her). The laundry service works like that too. - To confirm a reservation, a minimum of 30% in advance is required. The rest must be paid by bank transfer no later than 2 weeks before check in, or in cash at check in.
