The Villa is located at the top of a small hill with views towards the Islets of La Conejera, the Bay of Portmany and the countryside towards San Rafael. The house is a game of volumes, walls, transparencies and insinuations. It sits on the forest without invading or transforming it. Simple coexistence with nature and integration into the landscape without landscaping, trickery or false cover-ups.
