Villa Bora is one of the most luxurious and high- tech villas on Ibiza. This fantastic property has two floors with 280 m2 surrounded by 500 m2 of land in the private and secure urbanization of Vista Alegre, which is located in the prestiogious southwest coast of the island.
Abroad the building you can relax in the jacuzzi or enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of Porroig Bay from the heated saltwater pool.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and includes a tatami round bed where you can enjoy the TV from the ceiling. It also counts with a splendid bath from where you can delight the endless view over the ocean. On the large terrace of this space you will find a comfortable area with a more intimate jacuzzi that will envelope you in pure pleasure and different chill out lounges.
The second and third suites are located on the ground floor of the Villa, both rooms with kind-size beds, own private terrace and spacious showers.
Also on the ground floor you have an open and fully equipped kitchen with all needed appliances and with high-tech quality. By its side, you will find the living room, the central and social space of the house, with a beautiful fireplace and a warm and pleasant zone with high quality design furniture.
There is Sonos sound throughout all the Villa, intelligent control system and centralized air conditioning.
The curtains, the air conditioners and even the lights in each zone of the villa can be managed simply from a single iPad.

Cancelaciones
Parcialmente Reembolsable (30%)
Se realizará el cobro del 30% del total de la reserva, en el momento de reservar. Y el 70% restante, hasta 30 días antes de la entrada en el alojamiento.
El cobro del 30% del total de la reserva, se entenderá como perdido en caso de cancelación de la reserva, hasta 30 días antes de la entrada en el alojamiento. A partir de los 30 días en caso de cancelación se perdería el total de la reserva. Es decir, si se cancela la reserva 30 días antes de la entrada, en adelante, se perderá el 100% del importe de la reserva.
